I bought 2 bed mattresses last 2019 that was defective. According to their website, they give out 10 years warranty. However, when I tried to claim it, they gave me an ambiguous warranty clause that gave them the excuse not to honor it. For a 1000usd product, their customer service and warranty is the worst. BEWARE ON PURCHASING, if you get a defective one you won't get any replacement!
